Tashi View Point is a popular spot located 8 kilometers away from Gangtok's city center. People often use taxis to get there because of its scenic beauty. When you reach this point, you'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and even a glimpse of Gangtok town. Many visitors come here early morning or late afternoon to catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. One of the main attractions is watching the colors change on the Kanchenjunga and Siniolchu Peaks. Additionally, there are shops where you can buy souvenirs, and if you want to see things up close, you can use binoculars for a small fee.

GANESH TOK

Just 7 kilometers from Gangtok, Ganesh Tok is a unique temple situated on a hill. The temple is small and can only fit one person at a time, making it a cozy and personal experience. From this elevated point, you get panoramic views of Gangtok, the Raj Bhavan complex, and the towering Kanchenjunga mountain range.
